We are looking for a Medior/Senior Data Ops Engineer to join a Pricing Platform team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and support of cloud-based data operations infrastructure and production data pipelines.
In this role, you will work with Azure-based data services and Azure Databricks workloads, supporting their design, implementation, operation, and optimization. Your work will focus on ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable data platform operations across both development and production environments.
You will collaborate closely with data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver robust DataOps capabilities.

Tasks
- Develop, maintain, and support cloud-based data operations infrastructure and production data pipelines
- Contribute to the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of Azure-based data services and Databricks workloads
- Support reliable and scalable platform operations across development and production environments
- Perform operational and production support activities
- Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting
- Support monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Perform performance tuning and platform administration
- Help ensure the high availability of critical processes
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, architects, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in a relevant DataOps/data platform engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Databricks
- Strong SQL knowledge
- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience with data platform operations and production environments
- Experience with operational and production support
- Experience with incident management and root cause analysis
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Experience with performance tuning and platform administration
- Experience supporting the high availability of critical processes
- Hungarian and English language knowledge
